Shaping sales processes

As a full-service partner, we make your products available to end users as part of the marketing mix in our sales approach. Given the strategic and long-term nature of sales policy decisions, and the high costs and risk involved, we plan our sales process systematically.


We map out the current situation using our in-house Customer Development department. Using figures from Nilsen or GfK, we work with our partners to develop a structured approach to exploit the potential of the market.


Our Marketing Team is the first point of contact for our partner brands. Regular dialogue between our marketing team and the partner brand guarantees the highest level of service. Detailed reports help our partners to take further decisions. As a certified IFS Broker, our benchmarks are food safety and food quality.


With our customers, we are connected to the latest digital solutions. Our sales representatives work using a customer relationship program tailored to meet the needs of the retail business. Orders are transferred directly to our customer service department.
